This is the most perfect recipe for any occasion! Who doesn’t love a cheesy, warm and gooey artichoke dip. What’s even better, it’s only three ingredients!

My husband and I love having visitors, especially now that our home can seat more than four people at any given time. We were having friends visit Super Bowl weekend, so we figured what would be even better is turn it into a party.

I think the most traditional Super Bowl Party food would be pizza and wings, and if you know us, then you know we’ve got you covered. 😉 I wanted to add a few more appetizers to our party menu and my moms traditional artichoke dip was a priority.

My mom makes this recipe for every occasion, and it turns out when I asked for the recipe, she told me it’s only three ingredients! So duh, I HAD to make it!

Most recipes include spinach but I wanted to keep it simple with the artichokes. Once you put this dish in the oven it turns brown and gooey and you can’t wait to dig in.

Throw some corn chips or pita chips on the side and you will have a crowd pleaser!
